I know these seven myths from the inside, because I believed every one of them.
I researched their childhood wounds, I explained myself for the tenth time, I waited for the change that was always about to come. What finally set me free was not more information about narcissism. It was learning and accepting that it was never my job to rescue them. The pull they had over me is gone now.
Since then I have walked more than 1,200 women through this work in workshops, retreats and programs, and I have taught, facilitated and spoken for Summit, Kajabi, YPO, EO, The Portal and Deloitte.
For the first time, I put all seven myths into one course, so you can stop wondering if you're the crazy one and start trusting yourself again.

...and feel it land in your body, not only in your mind.

If you're going back and forth about staying, leaving, or going back to a narcissistic partner, start with these four myths.
"But they're so passionate and driven. I can't walk away from the best thing that ever happened to me."
________
When it's good, it's sooo good, and that is exactly the hook. Your body wasn't lying about what you felt. But intensity is not intimacy, drama is not drive, and in this lesson you learn to feel the difference in your own body and what to look for instead.
"What if they change after I leave?"
________
You did all the work and planted all the seeds through all that pain, so the thought of someone else harvesting the better version is unbearable. This lesson shows you what real change looks like, and why you can stop hoping for it to happen.
"They were born this way, so I should have compassion and can't leave."
________
The more you understand their wounds, the more trapped you feel to help. Here we take apart the quiet equation underneath, the one that says understanding them obligates you to stay.
"They're doing better than I am, and it's killing me."
________
You see them smiling, traveling, with someone new. You are comparing your healing to their performance, and those were never the same thing. This lesson is where that comparison no longer makes sense and the grip starts to loosen.
____
If the narcissistic person in your life is a parent, a sibling, a friend or a boss, and leaving isn't possible, start with these three myths.
"They wouldn't do that to me. I'm different."
________
You heard how they talked about the others, and some part of you clocked it. Then they made you feel like the exception and the clocking went quiet. This lesson is about why it went quiet and why no one is ever the exception.
"Once they finally understand, it will click."
________
You've explained it calmly, you've cried it, you've written the letter, and somehow you're back at the same fight. It was never a comprehension problem on their side. This is the lesson that lets you put the over-explaining down for good. No more begging.
"They're genuinely a good person underneath it all."
________
Charming, generous in public, the one everyone calls such a good person. There is a better question to ask than whether they're good, and once you ask it you see them differently.

What women say after doing this work with me
In their own words, shared with permission.
Working with Steffi completely opened my eyes, because it wasn't just someone telling me to 'just leave.' She helped me actually understand why I was stuck and how to get free.
This work is transformational for anyone who's ready.
It's like a spiritual gym. I don't even fully know how to explain it, but it works. Now I have a much stronger sense of self. I'm more vocal about what I need. I process emotions in a healthy way. Nothing in my external world necessarily changed, but how I exist within it completely has.
This is the reassurance that it's not in your head. It made me think about more stories, more events that supported the fact that my relationship was not healthy. I'm starting to see patterns in my life and back to my childhood, the full circle of where I was, where I got to, and where I'd like to be after this.
If even one of these seven myths made your stomach drop while you were reading, that's the one you need to bust.
This myth buster course will show you how to put it down and be free.
