Whole Loaf Community Application

The Whole Loaf Community is for high-achieving women who are so done chasing to be seen, done people pleasing, done shrinking for other’s comfort, done earning to belong, and so ready to put their own needs, desires, and dreams first. Not once everyone's okay with it. But now! Because it’s time!

Welcome dear

Let’s take a deep breath, and notice: you're here. Most women read that first page and close the tab, promising themselves they'll come back when life calms down. You didn't. Remember that about yourself.

One thing before you get to the questions:

For a woman who has spent her life reading rooms the second she enters, a form can feel like one more “room to read”. So please know, that there is nothing expected from you here, and nothing to perform about. Some of the questions are optional, and skipping them is a complete answer. Every honest answer is a rep of the exact thing we practice inside the Whole Loaf Community: being you, without managing others.

Start

Question 1 of 13

Does this feel like your room?

A

Yes, every word of it

B

Mostly yes, and I have some questions

C

Not so much

Question 2 of 13

Is the email you applied with private to you?

A

Yes, it's mine alone

B

Someone else could see it

C

I'm not sure

Question 3 of 13

If we're both a yes after our call, are you in a place to make that investment in yourself?

A

Yes, I'm ready

B

Yes, and the annual option interests me

C

I'd like to talk it through on the call

D

Not right now

Question 4 of 13

If anything is holding you back right now, money, timing, fear, a question I haven't answered, what would support you most?

Only if you want to. I read everything, and asking for what you need is exactly the muscle we build here and what shapes this community. The more you ask, the more you get exactly what you want.

Question 5 of 13

Where are you with your 'settling for the breadcrumbs' (aka people pleasing) right now?

A

I'm just starting to see how much of my life I've spent accepting the breadcrumbs

B

I've known for a while and I've tried to change it, but I keep slipping back

C

I've done a lot of work already and I'm ready to go deeper, into the roots of it

D

I'm mostly free of it and I want to build the life that's waiting on the other side

E

Something else (tell me in the last question)

Question 6 of 13

What does settling for the breadcrumbs and people pleasing cost you the most right now? Check any that fit.

(Select all that apply)
A

I say yes while my whole body is saying no

B

I regret all the things I have shared responding to an inappropriate question that can be held against me

C

I know everyone else's needs better than my own

D

I replay conversations wondering what I did wrong, a lot!

E

I'm the strong one everyone leans on, and nobody asks how I'm actually doing

F

I can lead a team or run a business, but asking for something for myself feels impossible

G

I don't believe that people would want to help me or be there for me when I need them, when I'm weak

H

Rest, vacation, fun feels like something I have to earn

I

I keep choosing people who take more than they give

J

I recognize what's unhealthy, but I can't seem to act on it

K

I don't know what I actually want anymore

Question 7 of 13

How are you doing, honestly, in your daily life right now?

I'm functioning well, I just know there's more for me

B

I'm holding it together on the outside, but it's costing me on the inside

C

I'm going through a hard season, like a burnout, and I'm looking for support

D

I'm struggling more than I let on and I'd rather talk about it on the call

Question 8 of 13

Do you currently have professional support, like a therapist or counselor?

A

Yes

B

Not at the moment

C

I'm looking for one

Question 9 of 13

What made you apply, and why now?

Share as much or as little as feels right. A sentence is enough and so is an entire paragraph.

Question 10 of 13

Imagine it's a year from now and joining The Whole Loaf Community turned out to be one of the best decisions you've made for yourself. What's different in your life?

Question 11 of 13

You're so used to being the one who gives endlessly and generously. So here's a question you might not be used to: What do you want to receive here?

If you let this community actually hold you, what would that look like? And yes, "I don't know yet" is a real answer, and a beautiful place to start.

Question 12 of 13

Anything else you want me to know?

This is your space to say anything that's present for you. All is welcome, well received, and meaningful.
