Hi, I'm Steffi Seefeld.

I guide women in transitions, whether it's a career change, break up, or finding their new path after a significant life event, to live with confidence, joy and a lot of love in their newly designed life. 

With over a decade of experience as a coach, mediator, consultant, and facilitator, I've created a blend of neuroscience-based tools with conscious relationship practices, an approach shaped by my own journey. Overcoming physical health challenges and a burnout has not only inspired me but also deepened my understanding of the resilience and strength every woman possesses. 

Away from this work, I find ecstasy in dancing, adventure in nature, and sharing quality time with my loved ones. My experiences, both personal and professional, enrich our sessions, making them both relatable and transformative. 

I am here to support you on your journey toward the empowered, successful, in-love, confident, and happy version of YOU.
