1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website or purchasing any product or course from TO BE. IN LOVE. WITH LIFE. LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by any policies referenced within them. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the site or purchase our products.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this site or purchase our products. By using the site or making a purchase, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When we make changes, we will revise the “Last Updated” date at the top of this document and, where appropriate, notify you by posting the updated Terms on the website or by email. Your continued use of the site or our products after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Our products are delivered through video modules, downloadable PDFs, and live Zoom calls, depending on the product. All products and courses are hosted and delivered through the Kajabi platform.

Access duration depends on the product purchased:

  • The Whole Loaf Community: access for as long as your membership remains active.
  • Not Your Fault. Not Your Future.: lifetime access.
  • Rising Women: access for the duration of your enrollment in the program.

Each product page describes what is and is not included. Unless expressly stated, your purchase includes only the materials and access described on the relevant product or checkout page at the time of purchase.

4. Pricing & Payment Terms

All prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD). Current pricing is as follows:

  • Busting All 7 Myths: $47 USD
  • Not Your Fault. Not Your Future. – Full Payment: $497 USD
  • Not Your Fault. Not Your Future. – Payment Plan: 4 payments of $137 USD
  • Not Your Fault. Not Your Future. – Premium (includes 2 one-on-one coaching calls with Steffi Seefeld): $1,270 USD
  • The Whole Loaf Community – Monthly Membership: $47 USD per month
  • The Whole Loaf Community – Annual Membership: $470 USD per year

Payments are processed through Kajabi Payments. By submitting payment, you authorize us, through our payment processor, to charge the applicable amount to your chosen payment method.

Where a payment plan is offered (for example, the 4 x $137 USD plan for Not Your Fault. Not Your Future.), you agree to pay each scheduled installment on time. If a scheduled installment fails, you will have a grace period of 24 hours to update your payment information and complete the payment. If payment is not received within the grace period, we reserve the right to suspend or revoke your access to the product until the outstanding balance is paid.

Prices do not include any applicable taxes. You are responsible for any taxes that may apply to your purchase under the laws of your own jurisdiction.

5. Refund & Cancellation Policy

We offer a 30-day results guarantee. If, within 30 days of purchase, you have completed the first module and have not seen any change, you may request a refund.

To be eligible for a refund under this guarantee, the following conditions apply:

  • Your refund request must be made within 30 days of your date of purchase.
  • You must have completed the first module of the course.
  • You must request the refund by email to [email protected] or [email protected].

Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days of approval, back to your original payment method.

For purchases made on a payment plan, the same 30-day window and conditions apply from the date of your initial purchase. Where a refund is approved, any remaining scheduled installments will be cancelled.

6. Intellectual Property & Copyright

All content provided through our website, products, and courses — including but not limited to videos, PDFs, written materials, worksheets, recordings, graphics, and the “TO BE. IN LOVE. WITH LIFE.” brand and trademark — is owned by TO BE. IN LOVE. WITH LIFE. LLC and Steffi Seefeld, or is used under license, and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

When you purchase a product or course, you are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use the materials for your own personal use. You may not:

  • Copy, reproduce, republish, or redistribute any of the materials;
  • Resell, license, or otherwise commercially exploit any of the materials;
  • Share your login credentials or course access with any other person; or
  • Record, download (except where downloads are expressly provided), or distribute any live calls or content.

Violation of these intellectual property terms may result in immediate suspension or termination of your access without refund, and may expose you to legal liability.

7. User Responsibilities & Code of Conduct

Some of our offerings include community and live elements, including The Whole Loaf Community hosted on Kajabi, as well as live Zoom calls and Q&A sessions. When participating in any community space or live element, you agree to:

  • Treat other members, participants, and facilitators with respect;
  • Refrain from harassment, abusive behavior, hate speech, spam, or self-promotion that has not been authorized;
  • Keep confidential, and not share outside the community, any personal stories or content shared by other members; and
  • Follow any additional guidelines we provide for a given community or session.

We reserve the right to remove, suspend, or ban any user who violates this code of conduct, at our sole discretion and without refund.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our products and courses focus on personal growth, healing, and recovery in the areas of mental health, trauma, and abusive relationships. The content is provided for educational and informational purposes only.

We make no guarantee of any specific result, outcome, or income. Your results depend on your own individual effort, circumstances, and many factors outside our control. All content is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether expressed or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Our content is not a substitute for professional advice. It is not, and should not be treated as, mental health, medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. It does not create a therapist-client, counselor-client, or any other professional treatment relationship. If you are experiencing a crisis, or if you need diagnosis or treatment, please consult a qualified licensed professional or contact appropriate emergency services in your area.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the total liability of TO BE. IN LOVE. WITH LIFE. LLC arising out of or relating to your purchase or use of any product, course, or service shall not exceed the total amount you actually paid for that product, course, or service.

We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of our website, products, or services.

You acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for your own decisions, actions, and results, and that you assume full responsibility for how you choose to apply the information provided.

We collect and use your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our website and purchasing our products, you consent to that collection and use.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your purchase, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through informal negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties agree to proceed to mediation. If mediation does not resolve the dispute, it may then be resolved through arbitration or in the courts located in the State of California.

12. Miscellaneous Provisions

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with any policies referenced within them, constitute the entire agreement between you and TO BE. IN LOVE. WITH LIFE. LLC regarding your use of the site and purchase of our products, and supersede any prior agreements.

Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of that right or provision.

Updates: We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on the website with a revised “Last Updated” date, and where appropriate we will notify you by email.
