THE WHOLE LOAF COMMUNITY • FOUNDING MEMBERSHIP NOW OPEN

You were never meant to live on crumbs.

The Whole Loaf Community is an intentionally curated group of women who get you, without having to explain anything. Women who remind you of who you are when you forget, who never make you feel like you should be over it by now, and who stand right behind you while you are doing the hard thing and finally choosing yourself, guilt-free, shameless, and fearless.

DOES THIS SOUND LIKE YOU?

You’re the one everyone counts on!

And if you’re really honest with yourself you're exhausted and tired. You’ve been living on breadcrumbs while providing the whole loaves to everyone?

  • You say ‘yes’ while your whole body is saying ‘no’, and then you spent the whole time quietly resenting it and everyone (including yourself)

  • You can lead a team, run a business, or hold a whole family together, but asking for support feels impossible.

  • You know everyone else’s needs and desires better than your own.
  • You replay conversations at night, wondering if you said or did something wrong.

  • You’re the strong one everyone leans on, and no one asks how you’re actually doing.

  • You bravely set a boundary on Monday and somehow hand it back on Tuesday.

  • Rest, fun, even a vacation feels like something you need to earn first.
  • You can see exactly what's unhealthy, you can explain it perfectly to your friend, but you can’t stop it.

  • Your friends love you, but you don’t share with them what’s really going on because you don’t want to be a burden

  • You do sometimes bring it up with your friends, and leave feeling like you should have known better not to tell them

  • You don’t really know anymore what you really want

If you nodded more than once, please read this: Nothing is wrong with you! You learned this as a program. I know that very well, because for most of my life I was the best people pleaser I knew.

How I learned this the hard way

I had taught classes on boundaries. Then I ran down the street in my bathrobe.

For thirty seven years I was so used to guilt tripping that I thought it was love. I was the sunshine child, the easy one, the one who figured everything out on her own so nobody had to worry about her. I grew up, spent more than fifteen years coaching executives and CEOs, and became the woman other people came to for clarity and confidence.

I knew everything about compassion, belonging, and boundaries. I have taught workshops on them all over the world. And one night I finally set a boundary with the man I was in love with. At seven the next morning, I was running down the street in my bathrobe to hand it back to him, apologize for it, and do anything he wanted to love me again.

All my knowledge hadn't protected me for one single night. My body still believed that disappointing someone was dangerous, and my body won.

Knowledge is not protection. Practice is protection.

What finally changed for me wasn't one more book or one more insight. It was being surrounded by women who modeled mutual care, understood what I was struggling with, women who had lived it too, and practised the new behaviors again and again with them behind me, until the previous anxiety got quieter and the healthy choice stopped feeling wrong.

I built The Whole Loaf so you don't stay stuck in the people-pleasing pattern, but instead move through the change with women so it’s not hard, but actually lovely, sometimes fun, but 100% not-alone but supported.

WHY IT'S SO HARD TO DO THIS ALONE

“I have good friends, I should be able to handle this.”

Your friends love you, they just haven’t lived what you lived through.

You probably have the most wonderful people in your life who truly want the best for you. But when they haven’t been through what you’ve been through, or what you’re going through right now, even their kindest advice can miss the mark completely.

“Just tell them no.”

“Why do you still care what he thinks?”

“Come on, it’s your mom. Be nice to her.”

“You should be over this by now.”

And suddenly you’re the one feeling even worse about yourself, a little bit more isolated, dumb, and confused. Like you are the one who is not getting it. So you stop talking about it, work harder on yourself, and keep everything to yourself.

That is the unhealthiest thing you can do and this won’t happen in the Whole Loaf Community. Here, nobody asks why you’re not over it yet or why you don’t want to see your parents.

These are women who get you, because they lived it too. In their own version, but they get it. When you start doubting yourself, they remind you of how incredible and worthy you are. When you start missing the old version of your life, they gently and so compassionately remind you of how bad it really was, or still is. And then the new way feels overwhelming and scary, they show you how good it is on the other side, because some of them took the leap and you get to witness their liberation front row. And that will be you soon.

For years I led workshops around the world on compassion and human connection, and for the same years I was in an abusive relationship with a narcissistic man and didn't see it.

I buried myself in shame: “How did I, the expert in conscious relationships, not see this?” I didn't miss the signs because I wasn't smart enough. I missed the signs because my nervous system was programmed to read guilt-tripping, walking on eggshells, and abandoning my needs as love, and a body doesn't unlearn that programming by reading one more book.

When I finally left, for good this time, I studied narcissism like it was my PhD, cried more than I want to admit, and regulated my nervous system to new levels of safety so that the knowledge could actually land in my body. That's the work in this bundle that other courses miss.

If you've done Myth Buster or the 2 Pattern Sampler with me, you already know how I teach. Those lessons are inside this bundle in their proper place, and everything else here is new to you.

I've been a somatic coach for nearly two decades, I've walked more than 1,200 women through this work in workshops and programs, and I've taught, facilitated and spoken for Summit, Kajabi, YPO, EO, The Portal and Deloitte.

A warm cushion, not a hot seat.

The Whole Loaf Community is a curated group of women ready to retire the people pleaser together. You bring the difficult, sweaty-palm moments here instead of carrying them alone. You rehearse the things that feel scary in real life, you get to be met with compassion instead of shame, and that is medicine alone! This group feels like the wind underneath your wings, so you can finally spread them wide and fly. Fly baby fly.

ONCE A MONTH, LIVE

The monthly group call with me

We gather live online once a month. Each session weaves together teaching from my Rising Women work, somatic practice so your body can finally take in what your mind already knows, and real rehearsal: the no you've been avoiding, the money conversation, the talk you keep postponing.

ONE SMALL REP, ALL MONTH LONG

The practice of the month

We gather live online once a month. Each session weaves together teaching from my Rising Women work, somatic practice so your body can finally take in what your mind already knows, and real rehearsal: the no you've been avoiding, the money conversation, the talk you keep postponing.

EVERYDAY IN BETWEEN

A group that holds you

A private member space where you share your boundary wins, the big ones and the tiny ones, and reach out when you're ruminating or about to bend a boundary you just set. You're never waiting a whole month for support, and you're not leaning only on me.

PRACTICE PARTNERS

Buddy rooms

Some things are easier to practice with one other woman who gets it. In the buddy rooms you pair up to rehearse, check in, and cheer each other on, so the new response gets practiced more than once a month.

GROWING EVERY MONTH

Your library

Every session is recorded. The replays, workbooks and somatic practices all land in your member library, which grows with every month you're in the group.

BEFORE YOU EVER JOIN

A room curated on purpose

I read every application myself and meet every woman before she joins. That's not about being exclusive. It's about safety, because safety is what makes real practice possible.

"Maybe it works for other women, but I'm just wired this way."

From being chased by a bear to the dentist

Every woman here once believed she was the exception. None of them were born brave. They practiced.

"When I first started setting boundaries it felt like being chased by a bear. Then I went to the dentist, I didn't agree with what they suggested, and I said so. I didn't over explain and I didn't feel guilty."

— Katie

"Even after just the first sessions I already noticed feeling more confident in knowing and setting my boundaries with my sister, and then holding them. This is such a big step! I am immensely grateful!"

—Liv M.

"I started noticing how many times a day I actually do it. And then I noticed the times I didn't. I let the moment stretch, and I just didn't do it."

— Livia

"Thank you for creating such a safe space for healing. I am so grateful for this group and its divine timing for us."

— Kathleen F.

"Even if you don't think you've been with narcissistic people or in toxic relationships, this work is transformational for every woman who has been the people pleaser and wow, life is so much better now."

— Nicole H.

"It used to feel so unattainable. Now it feels way more doable, in my body, on a day to day basis."

— Livia

"Oh my God, I am blown away!!! I feel like you were telling my story. Thank you, you have already made a difference in my life."

— Kathleen F.

"I came into this not sure whether I truly am a people pleaser, but it didn't matter. What Steffi offered went far beyond labels. She helped me get clear on what my patterns have cost me and will continue to cost me if I don't change. It helped me wake up and change the trajectory of my life in the most aligned and fulfilling way."

— Alex G.

WHAT USUALLY COMES UP NEXT

"My life is already so full. Maybe later, when things calm down."

Built for a woman who already holds everything together

The time, the people around you, the money: these are real. They're also exactly where the pattern likes to hide. So here's how The Whole Loaf meets each one.

"I don't have the time."

One live session a month, recorded in case life gets in the way, and one small practice of the month you can do in the middle of a normal day. This isn't one more thing to keep up with. It's the one place where you get to receive.

"The people in my life won't change."

They don't have to. You practice your response, and your response is the one thing that is always yours. You'll practice right in the middle of your real life, with your partner, your family, your clients, your colleagues.

"It feels like a lot to spend on me."

You'd spend this on a friend without blinking. A dinner out, something your kids need, a gift. It only becomes "too much" when it's for you. That hesitation isn't a reason to close this page. It's the pattern, showing you in real time exactly why you belong here.

IMAGINE A YEAR FROM NOW

The whole group behind you, and the whole loaf of life.

When you have women in your corner who truly get it, you stop shrinking. You spread your wings wide, without guilt, shame or fear, and you start living the life that was always meant to be yours.

  • You say no in one kind sentence, without the four paragraphs of explanation.

  • You name your price, ask for the raise, ask for what you want in love, and you don't apologize for it.

  • You disappoint someone, and you're still okay. Actually okay.

  • You stop managing everyone's feelings and start noticing your own.
  • You trust yourself around new people, and you choose people who give as much as they take.

  • Rest stops being a reward. It's simply part of your life.

  • And the pattern that ran through the women in your family for generations stops with you.

THIS IS BIGGER THAN YOU

You were never meant to settle for crumbs.

You're here to break the cycles that kept you small and safe. The ones that taught you that being easy, helpful and quiet was the price of being loved.

Inside The Whole Loaf you learn a new level of safety. A safety that doesn't come from keeping everyone else comfortable, but from knowing you can stand up for yourself and be okay. You learn new ways of standing up for yourself, for your dreams, and for your health.

And you learn something that might feel strange at first: none of that is selfish. A woman who honors her own needs becomes a healthy example for her children, for the people who love her, for the other women around her, and most of all, for herself.

When one woman stops abandoning herself, everyone who watches her learns that they're allowed to do the same.

IS THIS YOUR ROOM?

Let's be honest with each other

This is for you if:

  • ✓ You're capable and accomplished, and you're tired of being successful everywhere except in your own life.
  • ✓ You understand your patterns in your head, and now you want them to change in real life.
  • ✓ You're open to working with your body and nervous system, not only your mind.
  • ✓ You want sisterhood, women who get it, without having to explain yourself.
  • ✓ You're ready to show up, share, and let yourself be held for once.

This is not for you if:

  • — You're in acute crisis right now. That deserves a therapist's care first, and my door stays open for later.
  • — What you most need is to keep untangling what happened with the person who hurt you. My course "Not Your Fault. Not Your Future." was made for exactly that, and it may be your better first step.
  • — You'd like to watch quietly from the back row. This room lives from everyone's presence.
  • — You're looking for therapy. This is coaching, somatic practice and community, and it doesn't replace therapy. Many women beautifully do both.
