"It felt like you were telling my story."
— Nicole H.
You are not here because you missed something.
Your chest tightens when their name comes up on a screen.
You wake with dread before you've remembered why.
You go over the same conversation at 11pm, build the case, take it apart, build it again.
And underneath all of it runs the question that is actually costing you: everyone thinks I am intelligent, so why did I not see it, why could I not just leave.
Here is the part I want you to have today, for free:
You did see it. Almost every woman I work with can tell me the exact moment she noticed something was off. Early, usually in the first weeks, often in one sentence they said about somebody else.
The question worth answering is not why you missed it.
It is why the part of you that did notice it went quiet.
I want to tell you about a first date
I am sitting next to him in his kitchen overlooking the ocean. We are finishing the chicken stir-fry he made for us while the sun is beautifully setting and I am squeezing a slice of lemon into my water.
He's telling me about his ex-girlfriend. He calls her his "stupid ex-girlfriend". He says she was so annoying, she wanted me to call her all the time, she was so jealous.
And I notice it. I want you to understand that clearly, because it matters for everything that comes after. I am not naive and I am not unobservant. Something in me went very quiet and very alert, and it said: that's contempt, and contempt is never healthy.
And then, in the same breath, another part of me said something else.
I'm not going to be that stupid ex-girlfriend.
My whole body goes into high-alert mode.
And then, months later, I felt like I was bathing myself in my own shame.
Because I was that stupid ex-girlfriend, of course. And the next woman heard the same sentence with my name inside it, and she thought exactly what I had thought.
That's one of the seven. It isn't even the one costing you the most.
What they handed you in the first month.
Listen to how they talk about everyone else.
The crazy ex. The boss who is incompetent and does not see their skills. The friends who betrayed them. In their telling, every single person in their life is a villain, and they are always the victim, or the hero nobody appreciates. Always. There is no exception to it.
That is not them confiding in you. That is them handing you the playbook.
Every awful thing they tell you someone did to them is a preview of what they will eventually do with you, or what they are already doing and you have not named yet.
You may have read something like that before. Plenty of women have, and it has not been enough, which is exactly why this video exists.
Because the moment you really understand what they handed you, a much harder question arrives:
So why didn't you do anything about it?
You heard it. You are not naive and you are not unobservant. Some part of you knew what that sentence meant.
And then you thought: not with me.
That is the belief this video is about, and I want to be clear about something before you watch it, because I have seen too many women use this against themselves.
There are two reasons you thought you were the exception, and neither one of them is stupidity.
The first was done to you deliberately, and it is more calculated than you probably realise.
The second is the single best quality you have.
Nobody has ever explained this to you, which is why you have spent months or years assuming the answer was a flaw in your character. It was not. I will show you both reasons in the video, and I will show you what happens in your body when you finally stop carrying the blame for something that was engineered.
No blame. No shame. Instead, a lot of compassion for how you got here.
What's in the video:
THE PLAYBOOK, FULLY UNPACKED.
So you can hear it in real time in the future rather than eighteen months later.
THE TWO REASONS YOU BELIEVED YOU WERE THE EXCEPTION.
One was strategy, aimed at you. The other is the reason people love you. Neither is a character flaw.
A TEST YOU CAN RUN ON YOURSELF, TODAY.
Think about the last disagreement you had with anyone. Did you decide they were the problem, or could you still see their point? Your answer to that is the standard, and it will tell you something about the gap between you and them that you will not be able to unsee.
WHERE CLOSURE ACTUALLY COMES FROM
Given that it is not going to come from them agreeing with your version of events. This is the part women email me about.
A BREATH AND MOVEMENT TO DO IT WITH
Because this one doesn not land by being understood. It has to move somewhere other that your head.
I teach this because I lived it.
I am Steffi, a somatic trauma-informaed coach.
I was the one who took pride in being easy. Understanding. The one who could love harder to make it work. The one who left more than once before she stayed gone for good.
The reason I do not teach this only as concepts is that concepts were not enough for me either. Your body kept the score through every anxious morning and every reconciliation, and your body is where the staying-stuck actually lives. So even in this one free video you get something to move it out of your body, not just something to think about. That is the key.

A couple of honest questions.
IS THIS REALLY FREE, OR IS THERE A CATCH?
Really free. Once you give me your email, I will send you the access to the video. If the work resonates, there's a full course you can choose later, and I'll never pressure you toward it. The occasional note I send, you can unsubscribe from anytime.
WILL ONE MYTH-BELIEF ACTUALLY DO ANYTHING?
One myth coming loose won't rebuild your whole life, and I won't pretend it will. What it will do is show you, in your own body, that this works on you, which is the thing most women have quietly stopped believing is possible. For a lot of them that is what makes everything after it possible.
WHAT IF I'M STILL IN THE RELATIONSHIP?
Then watch it gently and at your own pace. Nothing in it asks you to make any decision, and certainly not before you are ready. If you are in physical danger, please reach out to a domestic violence resource where you are first. Your safety comes before all of this.
WHAT IF IT'S NOT MY PARTNER? BUT MY MOTHER, SISTER, OR BOSS?
Then it still fits. Listen to how they talk about the people who are not in the room. That does not change depending on what the relationship is, and neither does what it is telling you.
You knew.
Let's find out what happened next.
