You're the smartest woman in every room. Except the one where he is.
You can name every red flag in your sleep. Gaslighting, DARVO, love bombing, hoovering, you know all the words now. You researched this the way you've researched every other problem in your life, thoroughly, intelligently, sometimes at 2 AM with the brightness turned down.
And you're still here.
- ● Still waking up at 3 AM with cotton-mouth anxiety, replaying a conversation from six months ago, wondering what you could have said differently.
- ● Still flinching when your phone buzzes.
- ● Still apologizing for things you didn't do.
- ● Still asking the quietest part of you: Was it really that bad? What if I had been different? Am I the problem?
✺
If reading that made your chest tighten, pause here for a second. Take a breath and make the exhale longer than the inhale. That is the quickest and most powerful way to signal safety for your nervous system.
You don't have an information problem.
You have an integration problem.
Your mind understands and sees the pattern and knows what to do differently. Your body isn't safe to do it, and falls back into the pattern, the familar one. Your mind gets it, but your nervous system hasn't caught up yet.
Think about everything you've already tried:
The books told you what was happening, but they didn't get you out of the 3 AM rumination replay.
The reels you saved named the tactics, but naming a tactic has never once stopped your chest from tightening when his name appears on your screen.
Therapy helped, maybe. But most therapists are not trained in narcissistic abuse specifically, and the wrong frame can re-traumatize you while you're paying (and praying) to heal.
Almost everything offered to women in your position is talk or medication. Almost nobody teaches the somatic piece, and the somatic piece is what actually rewires the pattern.
Here's the part your high-achieving brain won't love hearing: You cannot out-think your nervous system. Years of walking on eggshells trained your body to brace, scan, appease, and over-explain on autopilot. That is a program that doesn't dissolve because you understood a reel.
Let me show you what that looks like on a good day.
I had just finished teaching a workshop about human connection.
It went beautifully. One of the best ones I have ever run. I came home lit up and sat down to send the follow-up emails, because I like my clients to have what they need before I let myself rest.
A few days earlier I had told him not to come to my event. I wanted to be in my own clean energy in that room, without managing anyone. A clear boundary, calmly set, and I meant it.
He called that night. I declined it. I texted that I was working and did not want to talk tonight, and that we would speak in the morning.
I want you to understand what a rare moment that was for me. I had said what I needed, twice, and I had held it.
Then this arrived:
"Well, who is considering me now? And very clear where your priorities are. You can't ask for something you don't give. That is not fair."
Four sentences from his is all it took.
I called him, I listened, I explained. We resolved it, which is a word I used at the time and would not use now.
And the next morning I left my own house in my bathrobe, because I could not wait, and walked into his house to cuddle and have breakfast.
I want to be precise about what happened there, because it is the entire reason this course exists:
I was not confused about what happened, I was not uninformed. I had already read everything you have read. I taught this for a living. I knew exactly what that text was. I could have named the tactic while it was still on my screen.
My understanding was completely intact. But my body went anyway.
That is not a character flaw and it was never a failure of intelligence. It is a nervous system trained over decades to read disconnection as danger and reconnection as oxygen. And a nervous system trained like that does not get retrained by being told it is wrong.
It gets retrained the way it got trained: Through the body, through repetition by repetition, until safety becomes the familiar thing.
That is what the next eighty lessons do.
I've been you. The hard way.
I am Steffi, a trauma-informed somatic coach.
Before that morning in the bathrobe, and for a long time after it, I was the woman skipping networking events, yoga classes and friend-dates to obsessively check my phone, hoping the man who had just screamed at me would text I love you.
Successful on the outside. Crumbling on the inside. Cotton-mouth anxiety during every fight. Walking on eggshells to prevent the next blowup. Apologising for the way I breathed. Hiding the women's underwear I found in his drawer behind an excuse I invented for him.
And the worst part was none of those moments, it was the loneliness inside the relationship. Sitting next to my person, at lunch, at the beach, at a show, feeling more alone than I had ever felt in my life. And still it seemed impossible to leave, because leaving seemed even lonelier.
It took multiple breakdowns, multiple attempts to leave, and a complete nervous system crash before it landed.
This is not love! This is survival.
And I was so. f*cking. done. surviving.
So I left, for good this time. I studied narcissism with Dr. Ramani and other specialists like it was my PhD. I cried more than I want to admit. And I rebuilt my nervous system from the ground up, because that was the piece nobody had given me, and it was the piece that finally let me see and admit what I had spent my life avoiding.
I built this course to be the thing I wish someone had handed me.
I've trained with Dr. Joe Dispenza, Anna Halprin, and Dan Brulé. I've worked with leaders from YPO, EO, Deloitte, Medtronic, Kajabi.

""I was doing a lot of inner work already, reading, journaling, meditation, but I was still stuck in the same patterns, like they were engrained in my nervous system. Working with Steffi shifted everything because it went beyond understanding into something I could actually feel in my body. It's like a spiritual gym. I don't even fully know how to explain it, but it works"

3 Modules: 6 Core Patterns + 5 Types +7 Myths
Not Your Fault. Not Your Future. is an 80-lesson somatic course, and before that number scares you, hear how it's built:
Every lesson is one to five minutes long. None longer than a song. Each one comes in video and audio, so you can sit with it when you want stillness or listen on a walk when you can't sit still.
It's designed for a nervous system that has already been through enough, it comes in small bites that fit inside your day instead of becoming one more thing you're failing to finish.
Inside those lessons live three frameworks:
◎
The 6 Core Patterns of Narcissistic People. So you can see what was actually happening, with language so precise the fog doesn't survive it, and examples that make it click for you.
▷
The 5 Types of Narcissism. So you recognize the pattern in any packaging: the loud one, the victim, the guru, and stop missing it because "he wasn't like the last one."
⟳
The 7 Myths That Kept You Stuck. The beliefs you have that held the door shut from the inside. If you've taken the Myth Course, you know these, and your $47 is credited toward this course automatically.
≋
And woven through all of it, the part that makes this course so successful as it is: ten somatic practices, taught and led in real time, so every piece of understanding helps your body to integrate because your nervous system recalibrates to safety.
MODULE 01
The 6 Core Patterns
Not the personalities, not the labels of the person(s) you have in mind, but the patterns.
Because narcissistic people are 100 out of 100 times patterns. And once you can see them, you stop wondering if it was you.
Core Pattern #1: Consistently Inconsistent. The hot-and-cold that locked your nervous system into hypervigilance, and why intermittent reinforcement is more addictive than consistent cruelty. There is nothing consistent about a narcissistic person other than being inconsistent, and that is what makes it crazy-making.
Core Pattern #2: A Calculated Mind, Always in Control. What looks like spontaneity or charm and is calculation underneath. They are collecting data. They watch your reactions more than they listen to your words, and they store it to use later.
Core Pattern #3: Only If It Is Convenient or Benefitting Me. Why their care and effort always ran on an agenda. Gifts as deposits into an invisible account they can withdraw from later.
Core Pattern #4: No Empathy. The hardest one for an empathetic woman to accept. Why your love cannot fill what is not there, and why staying is not compassion, it is enabling.
Core Pattern #5: No Accountability. No Repair. Why the conversation that would heal it will never happen. DARVO, word salad, and the reason you walk into a conversation with a valid concern and walk out as the accused one while they leave as the victim.
Core Pattern #6: No Sense of Boundaries. Not that they do not respect boundaries. There is no sense of them. And how to set yours anyway, without flinching, over-explaining, or collapsing into guilt.
A taste of the actual lessons inside this module:
The Hot-Cold Dynamic Punishing You for Changing Your Mind From Lovebombing to Inconvenience The Breadcrumbs Hoovering Future Faking Gaslighting Guilt-Tripping Projection Using Your Vulnerability Against You Small Putdowns Selective Rewards & Conditional Love Twisting the Plot: Reality Is Flexible “Keeping Score” Word Salads DARVO: Deny, Attack, Reverse Victim & Offender The Kombucha Bottle of Insecurity and Shame Stop Ruminating: The Humming Box Practice
If you just felt your stomach drop reading three of those, that's not a coincidence, it's recognition.
"This is the reassurance that it's not in your head. It made me think about more stories, more events that supported the fact that my relationship was not healthy. I'm starting to see patterns in my life and back to my childhood, the full circle of where I was, where I got to, and where I'd like to be after this."
— Emma J.
MODULE 02
The 5 Types
This module exists because of my second mistake, and I want to tell you about it plainly.
After the first one, I thought I was safe. I knew exactly what they were like and was sure I was never going to fall for that again. I could smell them from a mile away.
And it happened again.
And they were so different that I did not see it coming.
I have been there. The hard way.
That is what this module is for: The pattern stays identical and the packaging changes completely, and pattern recognition alone will not protect you if you are only watching for the version you already survived.
The Grandiose. The loud one, the obvious one, the one most people picture.
The Vulnerable. The one your empathy fell for, the one who "needed rescuing," the one whose victimhood was the trap.
The Malignant. The cold one, the cruel one, the one where no contact isn't a choice but the only option.
The Communal / Spiritual. The humanitarian, the guru, the volunteer. The one everyone loves and the one you cannot tell anyone about, because nobody would believe you.
The Self-Righteous. Always right, always the moral high ground, always the reasonable one. And somehow you're always the one apologizing.
You will learn how each type loves, lies, lures, and discards. You'll know which type you were entangled with. You will know which one your mom was. Your boss. Your sister. The one your best friend just married.
And you will know what to look for the next time someone charming asks you a great many questions and never once gives you a compassionate response back.
MODULE 3
The 7 Myths Beliefs
The patterns explain them. The myths explain you: the loving, intelligent, capable you who stayed, went back, kept explaining, kept hoping:
01 They Were Born This Way (So I Should Have Compassion)
02 But They're So Driven and Passionate (Surely That Means Something).
03 They Wouldn't Do That to Me (I'm Different).
04 What If They Change After I Leave?
05 Once They Finally Understand, It Will Click.
06 They're Genuinely a Good Person Underneath It All.
07 They're Doing Better Than I Am (And It's Killing Me).
Every one of these once lived inside me, Every single one.
Already took the Myth Course?
All seven live here too, in their full live-class context with the surrounding material and somatic practices integrated, so you can revisit them whenever life surfaces something new. Many women find a myth that didn't fully land the first time clicks open after they got the core pattern. Your $47 is automatically credited toward this course, so you never pay for the same work twice.
""I finally, finally, finally trust my voice, my boundaries, and what I want to call into my life. This work is transformational for anyone who's ready."
— Katie F.
The piece almost every other course skips. The piece that is this course.
Ten somatic practices, taught and led in real time, placed exactly where you will need them. Before the heavy material. After the grief. In the middle of the recognition that takes your breath.
Breath Grounding Nervous System Regulation Movement Body Scan
The check-in that asks what do I need right now instead of what is wrong with me. The shake-out. The Humming Box, for the nights the ruminating will not stop, and the reason that one works is simple: you cannot follow a train of thought while you are humming.
These are not like a "side dish. They are the architecture and the reason this course produces a different result than the eleven books on your nightstand, because the books spoke to your mind, and your mind was never the problem.
You'll feel the difference in your chest, your jaw, your sleep, your shoulders, your sleep.
Because the body is where it lived, and the body is where it heals.
Nine bonus lessons that came out of the live class.
These weren't in the original outline. They came in during the live class because women asked, because something needed to be said, because the conversation went somewhere I hadn't planned but needed to go. I kept every one of them for you.
About the loneliness
You have accepted they will not change, and the only reason you are still there is because you are so lonely.
This is one of the truest experiences most of us have and almost nobody says it out loud.
Here is the first thing: That feeling was strategically created. The pulling away from friends, The not calling your mother anymore, the reason your world got so small. Some of it was said to you directly and some of it was just the shame of not being able to explain what was happening. Either way, by the time you are considering leaving, you have been arranged into a position where leaving looks like becoming the loneliest person in the world.
And that is never true.
You are a people person. You have empathy, care and authenticity. You will never be alone. I have not once seen it get worse for a woman after she left. I have seen the opposite, over and over.
But the loneliness you are afraid of on the other side is smaller than the loneliness you are living in right now. I know that because I sat next to my person at a beach and felt more alone than I have ever felt in my life.
And you are so easy to love. By the right people.
✺
"Working with Steffi completely opened my eyes, because it wasn't just someone telling me to 'just leave.' She helped me actually understand why I was stuck. It wasn't just mindset coaching, it was nervous system work, it was somatic healing, it was feel-it-in-your-body healing. Now I feel so much more grounded and confident. I'm way better at setting boundaries without feeling guilty after. I don't default to people-pleasing to keep the peace anymore. I actually feel protective over myself, and that's a really good thing." — Liv M.
Let me paint you the picture your mind keeps asking for.
A few weeks from now, somewhere in the middle of an ordinary day, you notice your phone buzz. And that's all it does. It just buzzes. No spike in your chest, no hyper-vigilance, anxiety, no split-second story about what you did wrong. You pick it up when you feel like it.
You sleep through the night more often than you don't, because your mind has stopped ruminating about that conversation from six months ago.
Someone calm asks you out, or sits across from you at work, and calm doesn't read as boring anymore. Intensity doesn't read as love. You can feel the difference now, in your body, in real time, and that difference changes who gets to spend time and their life with you.
You hear his name, or her name, and it's information, not an event you need to tell your therapist about.
And the energy that used to go into managing, ruminating, feeling guilty, over-explaining, decoding, and hoping now comes home to you. You get to spend it on your own life, which is, after all, the only precious one you've got.
None of this is magic. It's what happens when 80 small lessons and ten somatic practices teach your nervous system, repetition by repetition, that what happened was not acceptable, and the danger is over. Women a few steps ahead of you on this road wrote the words you just read above. The only difference between you and them is the start date.

And one more number, because you're the kind of woman who runs the numbers.
Count what this relationship has already cost you. Not just money, though there was probably plenty of that. Count:
- ● The sleep.
- ● The friendships that thinned out.
- ● The experiences you missed out on.
- ● The years of energy spent on someone else's chaos.
- ●The love, the family, the life in your dream location.
Against that ledger, $497 to get the rest of your life back isn't an expense. It's more of a refund.

Everything else will be here when you are ready. I just hope, for your sake, that it is soon. Because your life has a clock even though my page does not.
My 30-Day Results Guarantee.
I want this to land for you, deeply, in your body.
If you show up, do the lessons, sit with the practices, open the workbook, and within 30 days it is genuinely not resonating, email my team and we will refund you. No interrogation, no shame, no hoops.
I have held this work with women across workshops, retreats, corporate rooms and programs, and the same patterns surface again and again, because they are patterns rather than personalities. The work is replicable and it works when you do it.
I would rather you feel safe saying yes than talk yourself out of the thing that finally moves you.
"I finally let go of my people pleaser, what a big relief and shift in everything: the relationships at work and with my partner. Working with Steffi really made me believe in myself for the first time." — Dr. Yvonne L.
Is this you?
This is for you if:
- ✓ You're the high-functioning one, the woman everyone else leans on, and this is the one thing you haven't been able to fix by being smart about it.
- ✓ You've done the reading, maybe the therapy, maybe the Myth Course, and you can feel that the missing piece isn't more information.
- ✓ You're not even fully sure it was abuse, and you're tired of arguing both sides in your own head.
- ✓ You left years ago and you're still stuck: still dating the same archetype, still fawning at work, still walking on eggshells around your mother.
- ✓ You are still in it, and you want to see clearly before you decide anything.
- ✓ You want this to land in your nervous system, not just your mind, because understanding alone never quite liberated you.
This is not for you if:
- — You want me to tell you they'll change if you just love him better. I won't, because it wouldn't be true, and that hope is one of the seven myth-beliefs keeping you where you are.
- — You will not do the practices. The somatic work is the golden foundation of this course, not a bonus to skip. If you only want concepts, the books on your nightstand already gave you those.
You're still in physical danger. Your safety comes first, and this course is not the first step. Please reach out to a domestic violence resource where you are before anything else.
Honest answers to what you are asking yourself
I already bought the Myth Course. Is the full course worth the additional $497?
Will this tell me how to leave?
What if I'm still in the relationship?
What if I left years ago and I'm still stuck?
What if it's not a partner? My mother, my sister, my boss, my adult daughter.
I want it to be over faster than this.
What if I can't tell whether it was abuse or whether I'm just too sensitive?
I'm exhausted. How will I get through 80 lessons?
I've already spent so much on this. How do I know it isn't one more thing?
What if I cry the whole way through?
How is this different from therapy?
Can I gift this?
What exactly happens in the two Premium sessions?
Why should I trust you with this?
ONE MORE THING
You came to this page for a reason.
Maybe the myths cracked something open and instead of sitting with just "the crumbs" you want "the whole loaf. Maybe you typed something into Google at 2 AM you didn't want anyone to see. Maybe a friend sent you the link, or a reel made you cry on the bus and you finally typed the phrase you'd been avoiding.
However you got here, what really brought you here is your nervous system. Your nervous system has been trying to tell you something for a long time and you are finally listening. This is an important moment.
This course is the language for what it's been saying.
You are not crazy. You are not too much. You are not the problem.
You are a woman whose body has been holding too much for too long, and you don't have to keep holding it alone.
Take a deep breath. Exhale, slower.
And when you're ready:
I'll see you inside.
